We spend so much time looking at screens that the once mandatory face to face contact with suppliers, clients, acquaintances and directors simply doesn’t happen as much as it should. It is extremely difficult to communicate gratitude, win loyalty, set yourself above business rivals and create brand awareness through a screen. It’s too formal and distant.

Developed in the 1970’s, one day international cricket is the original form of limited overs cricket. Within the day both sides, who wear coloured uniforms and play with a white ball, field and bat. There is a maximum of 50 overs to be scored and as many runs as possible in an innings.

Earlier this month, the Jockey Club announced a new effort to crack down on antisocial behaviour related to excessive drinking at the four-day Cheltenham Festival. The Club says it has made the decision to take a harder stance against irresponsible drinking by limiting racegoers to four alcoholic beverages per purchase.
