Marketing Assistant

Working as part of the marketing team in a friendly, fast paced office environment.

Your responsibilities will include general office admin, liaising with clients and suppliers, and assisting the sales and logistics team. You will also be contributing to and develop integrated marketing campaigns, as well as the upkeep of the website and presentations in the marketing side of the role.

The atmosphere in the office being a brokerage is fairly fast paced, and at times pressurised, you will be expected to be very organised, pro-active and have a flexible approach to your work.


  • Office administrative duties including some assistance to the Directors
  • Managing and creating unique content on DTB social media profiles – Instagram, Facebook Twitter, LinkedIn etc
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including e-newsletters, presentations and the website
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
  • Maintaining and updating supplier databases
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Assistance to the logistics and operations team
  • Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues


  • Confident and polite telephone manner and be helpful and efficient
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, good problem-solving skills and the ability to show intuition with a “can do“ attitude
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills as well as good organisational skills
  • Must have a keen eye for accuracy

  • High level of experience within Microsoft Office -Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook



Logistics and Operations Assistant

Working in the logistics and operations team in a friendly, fast paced office environment.

An exciting role has become available in our Logistics and Operations team. This role is to assist the Logistics and Operations manager in completing all daily tasks to a high standard, ensuring that all bookings are logged and fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.

The team are responsible for ensuring that all relationships with suppliers, venues, and clients are managed efficiently with the utmost care and attention.


  • Managing events spreadsheet – logging opportunities /ticket details
  • Speaking with clients regarding logistics and payment
  • Assisting with inbound logistics and delivery
  • Producing company invoices
  • Assisting with company stocklists
  • Assistance with arranging company events
  • Occasional event attendance and site visits
  • Office administrative duties including some assistance to the directors
  • General cover for the logistics and marketing teams
  • Logging supplier confirmations Office management


  • Positive work hard play hard attitude, ability to work within a team
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel Good communication skills and polite phone manner
  • Consider yourself highly organised with excellent time management Team player Interest in sports and events industry



Corporate Sales Executive

Team position responsible for generating new business / company revenues. Communicate and consult with clients about their entertaining.

An opportunity to develop your own contacts, working to meet company targets in a friendly, fast paced office environment.

  • Prospecting for new business through outbound calls and face to face meetings
  • Lead generation to develop a client list
  • Responding to client requests
  • Responding to inbound telephone calls and online enquiries generated from the website

  • Recording transactional information
  • Occasional event attendance and site visits

Skill requirements

  • Positive work hard play hard attitude, ability to work within a team
  • Articulate and confident phone manner
  • Basic computer literacy for admin processing / management
  • Experience in sales is a benefit but not essential.

Pay Structure

Basic salary + uncapped bonus - First year OTE £30K with opportunities for quick progression where targets are met and exceeded


We offer a 2-4 weeks’ (expenses paid) internship placement throughout the year to assist the logistics and marketing team.
