Dominic Titchener-Barrett BSc (Hons)
— Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Dominic founded DTB after initially coming from a background as a City banker turned sports agent. More than 5 years of experience working in the City and a further 3 years at a London based sports marketing agency gave Dominic the base ingredients to set up DTB in August 2002. An exceptional network of contacts and events experience enables him to access the most exclusive events in the UK and abroad. It is on the strength of his industry expertise and impeccable track record that Dominic services clients that include several FTSE 100 index companies.
Alex Titchener-Barrett BA (Hons)
— Chief Financial Officer and Founder
Alex has a wealth of experience in both the commercial and sporting fields. A former market maker in the City with KBC Peel Hunt, Alex left in 2005 to come and head up our Finance Department. In March 2011 Alex became a Rackets World Doubles Champion and also successfully defended his British Open Rackets Singles Title. Alex is the current British number 2 and has a world ranking of 3 added to which he possesses exceptional sports knowledge and ability.
Harry Francis BSc
— Chief Operating Officer
Harry joined DTB in January 2009 and is responsible for the acquisition of new business, management of existing clients, managing our company marketing and website optimisation as well as implementation of company strategy. He has a wealth of experience managing key accounts and is also important in discovering new reliable supply routes for the company and enable access to sold out events. Harry came to DTB from a background in the Public Sector when he worked for Westminster City Council, where he worked on several events including their prestigious ’West End Live’ promoting London based theatre/events as well as conference and team building days.
Jenny Pickles BA (Hons)
— Head of Business Development
Jenny joined DTB in 2009 after living and working in Meribel for several seasons as a ski-resort representative. She brings with her 5 years sales experience in sports focussed/leisure fields including working as a supervisor in the hospitality facilities at Old Trafford, following her degree in Marketing & Management.
Kate Durr Double BA
— Head of Marketing
Kate is an internationally educated marketer specialising in ethical brand strategy. She joined the DTB team in 2017 to look after all our marketing and internal communications. Kate brings with her a wealth of knowledge from working with leading luxury brands and charities across Europe, Africa, Asia and the UK, as well as considerable insights from formative years in the diplomatic field.

Having joined in April, James is the newest addition to the DTB team having graduated from the Essex Uni with one year being spent abroad at the University of Kansas. James has previously worked in Recruitment and in Insurance however his love of sports and passion for building relationships has led him to start a career at DTB.
— Business Development Manager
Richard joined DTB in 2016 having worked in the Financial sector for 10 years including Cazenove Capital Management and Merrill Lynch. He brings a wealth of experience in Relationship Management and an intricate understanding of the Financial sector and Ultra High Net worth individuals.
Alexandra Claudia Vacca
— Account Manager
Alexandra graduated from The University of Exeter with a degree in advanced Spanish, Italian and French. With over 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and a wide knowledge across different fields ranging from the Wine Industry, Aesthetics and Dermatology through to working for bespoke leading luxury brands on an international level. She has joined the DTB team to demonstrate her passion for exceeding customer expectations and making any experience a memorable one.
Charlotte Caidan BA (Hons)
— Marketing Executive
Charlotte has a passion for sport and the arts, having worked in both theatre and film production. She joined DTB after carving a communications career with London-based premium lifestyle publication, Le Sommelier. Prior to this, she also worked in Marketing Communications in London’s vibrant film festival circuit. It goes without saying that her love for the sports and the arts guided her to our door at DTB!
— Logistics and Operations Co-ordinator
Christina joined the DTB team in March, having studied English and New Media Studies at Auckland University of Technology. This savvy kiwi has worked in media & technology both sides of the ‘pond’, having previously worked with one of New Zealand’s leading lifestyle ‘mags’. In London she has worked in publishing and communications, with Britain’s most prestigious auction houses. We are delighted to have this very switched-on Antipodean driving logistics at DTB.

Cath hails from Yorkshire and joined DTB in July 2016, having worked in banking, office administration and accounting for many years. She brings her long
established skills to assist with the financial and accounting systems at DTB, and is committed to making sure everything balances as it should! Over
the years Cath has been involved with many diverse businesses and thoroughly enjoys her work at DTB, and especially being part of such a happy team.
— Office Distraction
Snoop joined the DTB team at the beginning of June 2013. He's the motivator of the group making sure that the post is delivered on time, or else. He uses his love of tennis balls and shoe laces to keep the team in check. Do not be deceived by those loveable eyes and shiny fur, he's a heart breaker.
