Dominic Titchener-Barrett

Dominic founded DTB after initially coming from a background as a City banker turned sports agent. More than 5 years of experience working in the City and a further 3 years at a London based sports marketing agency gave Dominic the base ingredients to set up DTB in August 2002. An exceptional network of contacts and events experience enables him to access the most exclusive events in the UK and abroad. It is on the strength of his industry expertise and impeccable track record that Dominic services clients that include several FTSE 100 index companies.
Alex Titchener-Barrett
— Chief Financial Officer and Founder
Alex has a wealth of experience in both the commercial and sporting fields. A former market maker in the City with KBC Peel Hunt, Alex left in 2005 to come and head up our finance department, as well as managing some of the company’s top clients.
Alex became World Rackets Doubles Champion in 2011 & 2015 and has won numerous national and international titles. Alex is a former World Number 2 ranked Rackets player and currently still competes at elite level in the top 6 in the world. He also plays competitive tennis and squash. He possesses exceptional sports knowledge and ability.
Harry Francis
— Chief Operating Officer
Harry joined DTB in January 2009 and is responsible for the acquisition of new business, management of existing clients, managing our company marketing and website optimisation as well as implementation of company strategy. He has a wealth of experience managing key accounts and is also important in discovering new reliable supply routes for the company and enable access to sold out events. Harry came to DTB from a background in the Public Sector when he worked for Westminster City Council, where he worked on several events including their prestigious ’West End Live’ promoting London based theatre/events as well as conference and team building days.
Rob Partington
— Corporate Sales Manager
Rob joined the DTB team in 2015 after graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in Sports Management.
He previously represented Watford Football Academy as a Goalkeeper and played semi-professionally for many years. Rob’s role is to lead the sales team in generating new business whilst developing relationships with DTB’s existing accounts. Outside of DTB, Rob is an all-round sports fan, keen traveller and enjoys going to live gigs and festivals, especially Glastonbury!
Richard Wiggin
— Business Development Manager
Richard joined DTB in 2016 having worked in the Financial sector for 10 years including Cazenove Capital Management and Merrill Lynch. He brings a wealth of experience in Relationship Management and an intricate understanding of the Financial sector and Ultra High Net worth individuals.
Cath Caley
— Finance Manager
Cath hails from Yorkshire and joined DTB in 2016, having worked in banking, office administration and accounting for many years.
She brings her long
established skills to assist with the financial and accounting systems at DTB, and is committed to making sure everything balances as it should! Over
the years Cath has been involved with many diverse businesses and thoroughly enjoys her work at DTB, and especially being part of such a happy team.
Scott Gardner
— Corporate Sales Executive
Scott joined the team at the start of 2022 after two years as a Business Development Consultant. Prior to this, he has been exposed to the major events sector working at both Wembley Stadium and Silverstone for the British Grand Prix, where he noted the fast-paced and palpable energy venues and events have. Scott now enjoys brining this to life for DTB's clients and thrives off creating and completing the perfect event experience.
Scott has a passion for football, playing in a local 5 a-side team and supporting Watford F.C. - no one knows why. This partnered with a sports specific International Business Degree from UCFB Wembley, he brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his Corporate Sales Role.
Toby Gould
— Corporate Sales Executive
Toby Joined DTB in September 2022 after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Business Management.
Prior to joining, Toby worked at a variety of events, such as Royal Ascot, working in a customer facing role. It was here he discovered the joy of providing a rounded experience, particularly at prestigious events, ensuring clients were greeted with both personality and professionalism.
An avid Arsenal supporter and semi-professional footballer, Toby has an ongoing passion for sport and brings energy and enthusiasm to his new role as a corporate sales executive.
Harry Knowles
— Corporate Sales Executive
After graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a marketing management degree, Harry now strives to transfer his skills to the other side of the industry and explore how to sell events on a global scale. Having climbed his way up the retail ladder, Harry wanted to bring his sales knowledge down South and make an impact with DTB’s clients.
Another Northerner of the group, he has spent the last decade performing at some of the world’s biggest stages in music, including Reading and Leeds Festival and Snowball with his band.
Harry is a big Leeds United fan and follows his team across the country, adding to the repertoire of teams supported in the office!
Olivia Spiller
— Partnerships and Operations Manager
Olivia joined DTB in 2021 after four years as Marketing and Partnerships Manager at a leading Horse Racing travel company.
With her passion for equine sports and events, Olivia enjoys exploring the variety of products DTB has to offer, bringing particular experience and enthusiasm in the Horse Racing and Polo industries. Her role includes management of the Logistics and Operations team, as well as developing DTB partnerships.
Jasmine Etheridge
— Logistics and Operations Assistant
Jasmine joined DTB in May 2022 as Logistics and Operations Assistant, as her 12 month university placement at Nottingham Trent, where she is studying Sport Science and Management.
Jasmine is using her knowledge from her studies and passion for sport to enhance her role and assist the team. She is enjoying being part of a professional working environment and absorbing new techniques to add to her skillset. In her spare time Jasmine enjoys playing football for her local team and supporting Charlton Athletic - there's got to be one.
Snoop
— Office Distraction
Snoop joined the DTB team at the beginning of June 2013. He's the motivator of the group making sure that the post is delivered on time, or else. He uses his love of tennis balls and shoe laces to keep the team in check. Do not be deceived by those loveable eyes and shiny fur, he's a heart breaker.
Ralphie
— Office Biter
The newest member of the team joined in December 2018, although he is not just for Christmas! As a mini Snoop, Ralphie is learning the ropes slowly, but surely, and makes sure that all visitors are welcomed appropriately.
