Dominic Titchener-Barrett

Dominic Titchener-Barrett BSc (Hons)

— Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Dominic founded DTB after initially coming from a background as a City banker turned sports agent. More than 5 years of experience working in the City and a further 3 years at a London based sports marketing agency gave Dominic the base ingredients to set up DTB in August 2002. An exceptional network of contacts and events experience enables him to access the most exclusive events in the UK and abroad. It is on the strength of his industry expertise and impeccable track record that Dominic services clients that include several FTSE 100 index companies.

Alex Titchener-Barrett

Alex Titchener-Barrett BA (Hons)

— Chief Financial Officer and Founder

Alex has a wealth of experience in both the commercial and sporting fields. A former market maker in the City with KBC Peel Hunt, Alex left in 2005 to come and head up our Finance Department. In March 2011 Alex became a Rackets World Doubles Champion and also successfully defended his British Open Rackets Singles Title. Alex is the current British number 2 and has a world ranking of 3 added to which he possesses exceptional sports knowledge and ability.

Harry Francis

Harry Francis BSc

— Chief Operating Officer

Harry joined DTB in January 2009 and is responsible for the acquisition of new business, management of existing clients, managing our company marketing and website optimisation as well as implementation of company strategy. He has a wealth of experience managing key accounts and is also important in discovering new reliable supply routes for the company and enable access to sold out events. Harry came to DTB from a background in the Public Sector when he worked for Westminster City Council, where he worked on several events including their prestigious ’West End Live’ promoting London based theatre/events as well as conference and team building days.

Jenny Pickles

Jenny Pickles BA (Hons)

— Head of Business Development

Jenny joined DTB in 2009 after living and working in Meribel for several seasons as a ski-resort representative. She brings with her 5 years sales experience in sports focussed/leisure fields including working as a supervisor in the hospitality facilities at Old Trafford, following her degree in Marketing & Management.

Richard Wiggin

Richard Wiggin

— Business Development Manager

Richard joined DTB in 2016 having worked in the Financial sector for 10 years including Cazenove Capital Management and Merrill Lynch. He brings a wealth of experience in Relationship Management and an intricate understanding of the Financial sector and Ultra High Net worth individuals.

Rob Partington

Rob Partington BSc (Hons)

— Senior Account Manager

Rob joined the DTB team after graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in Sports Management. He previously represented Watford Football Academy as a Goalkeeper for several years and now plays semi-professionally. Having worked at a professional football club as an Events and Marketing Assistant, Rob brings industry knowledge and a passion for sport to the DTB team.

Charlotte Caidan

Charlotte Caidan BA (Hons)

— Marketing Manager

Charlotte has a passion for sport and the arts, having worked in both theatre and film production. She joined DTB after carving a communications career with London-based premium lifestyle publication, Le Sommelier. Prior to this, she also worked in Marketing Communications in London’s vibrant film festival circuit. It goes without saying that her love for the sports and the arts guided her to our door at DTB!

Christina Ivory

Christina Ivory

— Logistics and Operations Co-ordinator

Christina joined the DTB team after studying English and New Media Studies at Auckland University of Technology. This savvy kiwi has worked in media & technology on both sides of the ‘pond’, and has also previously worked with one of New Zealand’s leading lifestyle ‘mags’. In London she has worked in publishing and communications, with Britain’s most prestigious auction houses. We are delighted to have this very switched-on Antipodean driving logistics at DTB.

Rob Linsley

Rob Linsley BSC (Hons)

— Account Manager

Rob graduated from Bournemouth University to gain a degree in Sports Management. He has a genuine love for sport having played various sports at club and county level. His experience in sport business begun when working with an international sportswear brand and award-winning sports festival. Building relationships based around sports and events is something Rob finds a joy to do on a day to day basis.

Oliver Vizard

Oliver Vizard BS (Hons)

— Account Manager

Oliver is one of the newest members of the DTB team but has worked in the industry for a while. After gaining a degree in Sports Science and Biomedicine, having played rugby and rowed at a high level, Oliver has developed a profound passion for sports. He brings enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry to the team.

Sean Farley

Sean Farley

— Account Manager

Sean joined DTB in 2019 following a 30 year career with NatWest, RBS and Coutts. With a long history of relationship management roles, his experience of dealing with clients both with their financial needs and also in a corporate hospitality arena is well established. Hailing from Cheshire, Sean has a great passion for all sport especially rugby, football and cricket.

Luke Webb

Luke Webb

— Account Manager

Luke has a degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University and joins the DTB team having spent time running sports leagues and events. He comes from a cricketing background and is the current captain of Dorset County Cricket Club. He previously spent 3 years at Hampshire CCC on their Academy, based at The Ageas Bowl. Through playing, supporting and working, Luke has a passion and enthusiasm for sport!

Hannah Stephenson-Clarke

Hannah Stephenson-Clarke

— Logistics and Operations Assistant

Hannah moved from Edinburgh to London for her Master’s Degree, and worked at Samsung and Winckworth Sherwood LLP before moving into the events industry in 2016. She’s a keen rugby and Formula One fan, loves getting outdoors with her dog and is always up for a new challenge! As well as participating in half marathons and going on ski adventures, Hannah enjoys cooking and baking (which is always a bonus here in the office!)

Katherine Broad

Katherine Broad BSc (Hons)

— Social Media, Marketing and Admin Assistant

Katherine has always had a passion for sport, having competed at a high level in Netball, Hockey and Fives throughout her school years, it was only natural that her love of sport resulted in a Sports Science degree from the University of Edinburgh. Alongside her studies Katherine worked in luxury retail and hospitality, so was excited when the opportunity arose to work for a company that combined her passion for sport with her industry experience.

Cath Caley

Cath Caley

— Finance Manager

Cath hails from Yorkshire and joined DTB in July 2016, having worked in banking, office administration and accounting for many years. She brings her long established skills to assist with the financial and accounting systems at DTB, and is committed to making sure everything balances as it should! Over the years Cath has been involved with many diverse businesses and thoroughly enjoys her work at DTB, and especially being part of such a happy team.




— Office Distraction

Snoop joined the DTB team at the beginning of June 2013. He's the motivator of the group making sure that the post is delivered on time, or else. He uses his love of tennis balls and shoe laces to keep the team in check. Do not be deceived by those loveable eyes and shiny fur, he's a heart breaker.



— Office Biter

The newest member of the team joined in December 2018, although he is not just for Christmas! As a mini Snoop, Ralphie is learning the ropes slowly, but surely, and makes sure that all visitors are welcomed appropriately.
