New Office Update

Under Construction: A First Look at Our New Home

It’s been one month since the hammers started swinging and the blueprints came to life. If you’ve walked past the new site lately, you’ve seen the dust, the construction, and the hard hats.

We aren’t just moving furniture; we’re building the next chapter of DTB. Here is a look at where we are, where we’re going, and why the "messy middle" is worth it.

The One-Month Progress Report

Thirty days ago, we were handed the keys to a blank canvas. Today, it’s a hive of activity. We’ve hit several major milestones in record time:

  • The Skeleton is Up: Most of the internal walls are framed, providing the first real feel for our new layout.
  • Branding & Signage: Despite an initial supplier setback, we have finalized our designs and production is underway.
  • Team-Led Design: Following a collaborative brainstorming session, the marketing team has finalized a "wish list" of office essentials. Procurement is officially scheduled for month three.

Watching Our Vision Come To Life

Construction is loud, dusty, and inherently chaotic. But there is something inspiring about watching a new space take shape from the ground up. It’s a constant reminder that:

  • Growth requires change. We outgrew our current home because of this team's incredible hard work. This "mess" is a trophy of our collective success.
  • Design drives impact. Every new feature is being built with purpose, to help us collaborate more effectively and stay inspired. While we're still based in our current office for now, we can’t wait to trade the blueprints for the real thing.

What’s Next?

Over the next few months, the pace will only pick up. We’ll be selecting the final finishes, watching the paint dry (literally), and checking off the final boxes to ensure everything is perfect for move-in day.

Thank you for being part of this journey while we prepare to transition from our current home. The dust will settle soon, and we can’t wait to welcome you all into our new space.
