It is extremely difficult to communicate gratitude, win loyalty, set yourself above business rivals and create brand awareness through a screen. It’s too formal and distant.

2017 was a peculiar year for the Aegon Tennis Championships as several of the big name players like Milos Raonic, Stan Wawrinka and Andy Murray were knocked out of the tournament on the Tuesday. The finalists, Marin Cilic and Feliciano Lopez, both having seen a Queen’s Club final before, were left to fight through a tough match which Lopez eventually won. Jamie Murray won the men’s doubles with Bruno Soares.
