What's New for 2025

Christmas 2025 marks a new chapter in Lapland’s story. Alongside its world-famous home at Whitmoor Forest in Ascot, Berkshire, a second magical doorway will open at the enchanting Capesthorne Hall in Macclesfield. This expansion means even more families will have the chance to step inside Lapland’s immersive festive world – an experience that has captured the hearts of over one million visitors in the past 17 years, including a personal dedication from Elton John himself. Back in March, 350,000 general admission tickets for both Ascot and Manchester sold out in record time. But as official partners of Lapland’s Golden Experience, we are delighted to provide you with access to the premium version of this extraordinary Christmas journey.

The Golden Experience - What Makes It Different?

The Golden Experience is not just an entry ticket, it is a complete reimagining of the Lapland adventure, curated with layers of exclusivity, luxury, and festive detail.

Your journey begins long before the day itself. Each child receives a personalised invitation from Father Christmas, delivered directly to your home. Inside, you’ll find their precious Whisperleaf ticket, a magical keepsake that becomes their passport to Lapland, alongside festive touches designed to build anticipation.

Special Booking Information

  • Each booking must include a minimum of 1 adult and 1 child, with a maximum of 8 Human Folk per group, for parties of 9–10 guests, please contact us directly to discuss bespoke arrangements.

  • Infants under 12 months may attend free of charge (note: they will not receive a personalised invitation or participate in activities, but they will receive a charming husky rattle from Father Christmas).

    Tickets for the Golden Experience are released in three price categories, varying by date and time slot. Peak-season visits are priced higher than off-peak dates.
