International Cricket

England have started their 2023 test programme as they returned to New Zealand this month.

Their first test saw England produce magic again, making their 10th test win under Ben Stokes’ captaincy. With a 275-run victory, England just won’t stop and are the greats of test cricket entertainment.

Not only a tremendous win, but this test has taken Broad and Anderson to the top spot for best bowling partnership. From when their partnership first launched in 2008, they have taken 1009 wickets in their 15 years together – what an achievement!

Football

Ending their trophy drought, Man United successfully claimed the Carabao Cup trophy as they returned to Wembley for their first major cup final since 2017. Both sides played their hearts out to secure the title in a showdown in front of 90,000, but it was Man United who came out on top.

The Premier League often brings action-packed entertainment, as underdogs take the victories and teams battle it out for the top space.

This month, The Gunners had a dip in the table as Man City overtook them, but after winning their 18th Premier League match of the season on Saturday 25th, it meant Arsenal remain top of the table again, despite Man City’s 4-1 win at Bournemouth. With a couple of months still to go and Arsenal remaining on top, do we think they will see it through to the end?

What's To Come

March brings another jam-packed, exciting month of events.

Formula 1

The Formula 1 calendar is set in stone ahead of lights out with a bumper 23-race scheduled to come between March and November.

With a few rule changes for the drivers and teams, it will take some getting used to, but their engines are heating up ready.

At this stage anything is possible for a new challenger to emerge, but will it be Max Verstappen and Red Bull to remain favourites for the 2023 title? It’s all to play for and it’s time to kick it off this weekend in Bahrain.
