Event Inspiration from the DTB Team

We’ve asked a few of the team about what their favourite event is for a little inspiration. Have a look below at a great mixture of some of our favourite events:

Dominic – CEO

"Wimbledon I'm sure is a favourite for many. The setting, the tradition, the drama. It's my favourite for these exact reasons. But there's something truly special about the Wimbledon Men's Final. It's more than just a tennis match; it's a culmination of tradition, sportsmanship, and pure athleticism. With high stakes and the pressure of the final, the match often delivers exceptional tennis and unforgettable moments."

Olivia – Partnerships and Logistics Manger

"There's no place quite like the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic in the lead-up to Wimbledon. It ticks all the boxes for me. It offers a more intimate setting compared to the larger Wimbledon crowds allowing you to get closer to the action, watching the top stars prepare! And you can’t neglect the beautiful backdrop of what the club offers. The manicured lawns and historic clubhouse. And let's not forget the amazing food and drink offerings!"

Scott – Senior Account Manager

"Catching an NFL game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a highlight of my year! NFL games in London are rare, making them a special occasion to look forward to year after year. The combination of the ground-breaking stadium design at Tottenham (which is the only purpose-built NFL pitch outside the US!) and passionate fans from across the globe, it’s like anything else creating an electrifying atmosphere. It's an experience that stays with you long after the final whistle blows."

Max – Account Manager

"Nothing quite like a day of Test Cricket at Lord's in the sunshine. It's a perfect summers day out for me. Some may say IT20 is more exciting, but nothing beats a test day 3 when one team starts dominating. The Ashes series last year solidified this for me, so I am very excited to see more Baz Ball this summer against Sri Lanka and West Indies!"

Amelia – Marketing Executive

"The Chelsea Flower Show was a revelation for me last year! Despite not being the most green-fingered person, I was completely captivated. Wondering through the showgrounds you can appreciate the stunning designs and showcases. And if you're lucky enough to catch it on a beautiful British summer day, the whole experience is elevated!

The Spring Garden, in particular, is a great place to get away from the crowds. Plus, the food and selection of cocktails and drinks is the right way to relax and soak in the atmosphere."
