The Madrid Grand Prix
The new Madrid Grand Prix introduces Formula 1 to the striking new Madring circuit, a 5.4 km hybrid layout weaving through the modern exhibition district surrounding IFEMA Madrid. Designed as a blend of street-style intensity and permanent racing infrastructure, the circuit combines 22 technical corners, rapid directional changes, tunnels, elevation shifts, and wide racing sections intended to encourage side-by-side battles.
Its defining feature is “La Monumental,” a dramatic 550-meter banked curve with 24 degrees of banking, one of the steepest and most visually spectacular corners in modern Formula 1. Inspired by iconic sections at circuits like Circuit Zandvoort and Daytona, the corner is expected to become the signature image of Madrid’s Formula 1 identity.
What elevates the Madrid Grand Prix beyond a traditional race weekend is its ambition to become one of Formula 1’s premier luxury destination events.
Visitors can expect exclusive hospitality lounges, immersive fan zones, live entertainment and a vibrant festival atmosphere extending far beyond the track itself.
