ODI

A One Day International (ODI) is a form of limited-overs cricket, these are one-inning matches of 50 overs per side, in which teams with a blend of technique, speed and skill are expected to do well.

ODI Season 2025

England kicked off their white-ball home campaign in May–June 2025 with a three-match Metro Bank ODI series against West Indies, played at Edgbaston (29 May), Sophia Gardens, Cardiff (1 June), and The Oval (3 June). England swept the series 3–0. After their five-Test series with India, they will host South Africa in September, with ODIs at Headingley (2 Sept), Lord’s (4 Sept), and Southampton (7 Sept) as part of the final stretch of their white-ball schedule. That completes England’s home ODI programme for 2025.
