Hampton Court Palace will once again be the location for the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra & Fireworks on June 13th, 2015. This spectacular event will provide guests with an evening of entertainment including stunning performances by talented musicians as well as the breath-taking Royal Fireworks Display.
Set in the magnificent surrounds of Hampton Court Palace and with the stunning Tudor courtyard as a beautiful backdrop, this event promises to be a glorious celebration of music and entertainment.
The concert begins at 8.30pm, with doors opening at 5.30pm. Early arrivals can enjoy champagne and a picnic in the gardens before the show begins; there will be no interval during the show. The show itself will include pieces such as Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker: Waltz of the Flowers and Mozart’s Overture: The Marriage of Figaro.
As a fitting end to an enjoyable evening, the fireworks display will begin fifteen minutes after the concert ends.

The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra was founded in 1946, and it has been travelling ever since, providing world-class performances to audiences all over the world.
Over the years, the orchestra has been under the direction of a number of renowned conductors, including Antal Doráti, Vladimir Ashkenazy, and Rudolf Kempe. The principal conductor and artistic director is currently Charles Dutoit; principal guest conductor Pinchas Zukerman and principal associate conductor Grzegorz Nowak support him in his role of leading the orchestra.
As well as travelling to venues all over the world, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra records for television and film while members of the orchestra are also involved in a number of community projects helping prisons, youth clubs and hospices as well as many other deserving causes.
