The best in gardening and horticulture is brought together in one place for one week in May each year, when the grounds of the Royal Hospital in Chelsea come alive with the sights and smells of the finest collections of flowers in the world.

Your Journey:

Nothing compares to the show gardens, each one created with attention to detail by some of the world's leading garden designers. Their stunning ideas will provide you with lasting memories and endless inspiration. The smaller Chic, City, Courtyard and Sun Flower Street gardens will show you exactly what can be achieved in modest plots.

Your journey begins as you are welcomed by your steward, and shown to your seat. On board, beautifully laid tables with starched tablecloths, along with uniquely branded silverware, emphasise the elegant and comfortable carriages.

Fine dining is a highlight of every journey, and once you have settled into your seat, a delicious brunch with Bellini is served on the outward journey to London. In the care of your steward, sit back and relax in the convivial atmosphere. The journey is as exciting as the destination.

On arrival into Kensington Olympia station, coaches will transfer you to the showground on the banks of the Thames at Chelsea. Enjoy your time exploring the many exhibits at leisure. If you need a break from the carnival of colour, find yourself a deckchair near the bandstand and soak up the sights and sounds that make Chelsea such a unique event.

Late afternoon, rejoin the coach for the transfer back to the Northern Belle. A glass of chilled champagne is served as soon as you board the train followed by a sumptuous dinner with wine, to round off such a perfect day.
