Dominic Titchener-Barrett BSc (Hons)
C.E.O. and Founder 

City banker turned sports agent, with over five years experience in the City and a further three years at a London based sports marketing agency gave Dominic the grounding to set up DTB in August 2002. An exceptional network of contacts and events experience enables him to have a broad range of expertise and a track record that is impeccable and includes 20 FTSE 100 index companies.

Alex Titchener-Barrett BA (Hons)
C.F.O. and Founder

Alex has a wealth of experience in both the commercial and sporting fields. A former market maker in the City with KBC Peel Hunt, Alex left in 2005 to come and head up our Finance Department. In March 2011 Alex became a Rackets World Doubles Champion and also successfully defended his British Open Rackets Singles Title. Alex is the current British number 1 and has a world ranking of 2 added to which he possesses exceptional sports knowledge and ability.

Jenny Carswell BA (Hons)
Head of Corporate Sales

Jenny joined DTB in 2009 after living and working in Meribel for several seasons as a ski-resort representative. She brings with her 5 years sales experience in sports focussed/leisure fields including working as a supervisor in the hospitality facilities at Old Trafford, following her degree in Marketing & Management.

Harry Francis BSc
 — Sales and Marketing Manager

Harry joined DTB in January 2009 and is responsible for the acquisition of new business, management of existing clients, managing our company marketing and website optimisation as well as implementation of company strategy. He has a wealth of experience managing key accounts and is also important in discovering new reliable supply routes for the company and enable access to sold out events. Harry came to DTB from a background in the Public Sector when he worked for Westminster City Council, where he worked on several events including their prestigious ’West End Live’ promoting London based theatre/events as well as conference and team building days. 

Max Constanduros BA (Hons)
— Sales Executive

Max joined DTB in May 2013 as a Sales Executive after having worked in Sports Marketing on behalf of Shell. After graduating with a degree in marketing Max gained experience in Media and Television production. Max has since travelled the world planning and hosting clients at sporting events, predominantly in motorsport. Previously Max has represented GB in skiing where he developed his competitive nature and interest in sport. 

Rosie Godden BSc (Hons)
— Logistics & Events Manager

Rosie joined DTB in October 2011 as a Psychology graduate after having worked as a freelance assistant manager within sports event hospitality. Rosie uses her interests in sports, entertainment and media with her organisational skills to manage event logistics and DTB email and online marketing campaigns. Rosie uses her experience within events and hospitality to arrange the variety of packages we set out for our clients.

Rebecca Fells BSc (Hons)
Logistics & Events Co-ordinator

Rebecca joined DTB as a recent Biology graduate from the University of Leeds, bringing with her a keen eye for accuracy and organisational skills that can support the team. Rebecca has an enthusiasm for the events industry and a passion for people. She is a keen sailor with interests in sports and has worked at prestigious sporting events such as the Royal Henley Regatta and the British Grand Prix.

Robert Titchener-Barrett 
Business Consultant

A stockbroker for 25 years Robert has a great deal of experience in corporate advisory work, bringing companies to market and business management. Equally his strong connections with sport, politics and the arts assist DTB and give further experienced business grounding.

John Mulholland MA (Hons) 
Marketing Director

The most successful marketing strategy demonstrates a powerful understanding of the market, its aspirations and anxieties. John is the brains that turns ideas into reality and is able to bring them to life whether on or offline.
