In addition to the mid week conference they wanted to offer exciting activities for those who wanted to stay for the weekend. Therefore a good quality conference hotel, in a high profile ski resort was required.

Solution & Client Feedback
Having taking into consideration the key requirements of the client, it was decided that Gstaad-Saanen was the ideal location for this type of event. The Steigenberger Hotel was selected as the venue, this was due to the hotels spacious meeting facilities and good quality accommodation.
Highlights & Challenges
- Due to lack of snow in the main ski area, The Corporate Ski Company event managers had to transfer over 50 guests with their equipment to a nearby resort with only an hour's notice.
- Comprehensive flight arrangements and transfers to the resort
- Extensive partner ski programme running alongside conference
- Over 50 guests equipped with skis and boots in the hotel rental shop, the evening prior to skiing the following morning.
