Shooting on Havengore is a great choice as a corporate activity. Guests do not need any prior experience and many have always wanted to try it. And for the first time clay shooting is now possible within London, all you need to do is get to one of the many London piers.
As with everything on board Havengore, the clay shooting is professionally run by some of the UK's best instructors who will ensure both safely and enjoyment. We also use low noise and low recoil cartridges so there is little to no "kick back" of the gun.
A typical event will start from a main London pier and cruise past all the main London landmarks with canapés and drinks being served. he clay shooting experience is followed by a superb bowl food lunch or dinner, excellent wines and Port then return to a London pier of our choice.
Clay pigeon shoot: Guests can choose to experience Clay Shooting for fun, or be organised into teams for a mini competition. The event is expertly supervised, and the package includes guns, steel shots, biodegradable clays, shooting rigs, licence and insurance. Shooting is carried out from the front of Havengore at Thamesmead.
Timings: The event will last around 4.5 hours, and we would recommend a 12 noon start. Boarding can be at our moorings in St Katherine's Dock, or at the pier of your choice, and the event can finish at the pier of your choice (all subject to availability at the time of booking).
Dining: Once we are underway, guests will be welcomed with champagne and canapés followed by a bowl food lunch will be served; this menu style works particularly well while cruising.
Capacities: Havengore has a capacity of 60 when moored (she is moored in beautiful, vibrant St Katharine's Dock) and 40 when cruising (38 if Clay Shooting is included in the cruise).
