Driving Days Team Hospitality

DTB is proud to offer our clients a broad range of hospitality events in London. From premier sports to the theatre to tasting events, we continually strive to offer the best opportunities at London's most inviting and sophisticated venues. It is important to us to provide corporate hospitality that allows our customers to thoroughly impress and entertain their clients and vendors.

To that end, DTB has a strict set of criteria we engage when choosing the events we plan to offer. They are our Five Keys to Successful Hospitality Events in London:

1. Exclusive Environment

[Lords]

The travel industry has developed an entire sub-sector of their business centred on sophisticated travellers used to enjoying a particular lifestyle away from home. Corporate hospitality is no different. Our clientele demand a refined environment for their guests regardless of the event being attended. Therefore, the events we choose are located in some of the finest venues in London. Our clients are often treated to luxury suites, executive boxes and other exclusive locations that make them feel like royalty.

2. Food and Drinks

When food and drinks are part of a corporate hospitality package, we settle for nothing but the best. Many of our packages include multi-course meals prepared by world-class chefs using the freshest ingredients. Some also feature open bars with complimentary drinks throughout. It is our goal to make sure any food and drink included is as memorable as the event itself.

3. Superb Entertainment

[The Orient Express]

A crucial component of all hospitality events in London is the entertainment factor. DTB knows that the whole idea behind corporate hospitality is to build strong relationships with clients and vendors using entertainment as a vehicle. Therefore, the entertainment value of every event we choose needs to be superb. We do not want guests going home underwhelmed by what they experienced. We want them to remember the event for a long time to come.

4. Venue Accessibility

[Royal Ascot]

Venue accessibility is an important factor on multiple levels. Clients expecting guests with disabilities or other accessibility challenges need to be able to freely enter and move around in the space allotted for the gathering. This is not a problem in most London venues due to the UK regulations relating to accessibility. Above and beyond guests with disabilities, the venues themselves need to be easily accessible through a variety of transport options. Whether and guests drive themselves, use public transport or arrive in vehicles provided by our client, we want all of them to arrive as close to the front door as possible. Sometimes this is just not practical, but we do our best.

5. Package Value

[Henley Regatta]

The corporate hospitality industry is a highly competitive one. DTB is always working hard to attract new clients and provide affordable and effective events to long-standing customers. We understand that package value is an important part of that effort. To make our hospitality events in London as affordable as possible, DTB employs a broker business model dictating that we are paid by the venue or event originator for the tickets sold. This allows us to charge our clients the same price they would get directly from the venue itself.

Our schedule for 2015 holds a lot of promise for exciting and rewarding hospitality events in London. Nevertheless, we will not rest on what we have already accomplished. We will continue to strive to do better throughout this year and into the next. We would consider it an honour to welcome you and your guests at one of our upcoming events.
